Revolving scarf stand w/ Clips is primarily used as a scarf display. It may also be used for socks, gloves, handkerchiefs and pocket squares. Includes 100 plastic clips. Must be used with any deluxe chrome base with 5/8" fitting. Adjustable from 18-36". Base adds 6" to overall height.
