History

The journey of Alamo Hanger began in 1978 by David Bradshaw. When the business
first began it was only hangers that were sold. In 1979 David teamed up with Jerry Mowry, a friend and former co-worker from Dillard's. As hanger business continued, customers began requesting other items for their retail needs. Alamo Hanger then began including more in inventory. Tagging supplies, bags, and hardware along with many other items were added
as the business grew.

The main goal of Alamo hanger has always been superb customer service. When the business began David and Jerry would personally deliver every item a customer ordered. Finally a customer suggested they hire a secretary to answer the phones while they were away, so they did! Alamo Hanger continued to succeed and grow. When Jerry retired in 1989, David kept the business going. For over 30 years Alamo Hanger has provided service to hundreds of
retail stores.
